How to book your place

This webinar is suitable for anyone wants to learn the basics of Google Analytics 4, whether you have used Google Analytics before or are completely new to it.
This webinar is run via Zoom. Once you’ve booked we’ll send you a link to enable you to join the webinar. The training will start dead on the hour so it’s worth joining with the link a few minutes before hand. When you are in the Zoom webinar your line will be automatically muted and your camera off so that we can’t see or hear you. You can use the chat and the Q&A function to get hold of the panelists and ask questions of the presenter. There will be three trainers on the call – one presenting and two answering questions in the background.
Yes. All the audio lines are muted so you can’t speak but we really encourage questions which you can submit at any time during the live event via the Zoom Q&A function. We will answer some of these via the Q&A with typed replies and links to follow up materials etc but we do also ask some of these “live” to the panelists at the end as often there are common themes and questions which everyone benefits from. The Q&A is done after the full hour of training and we stay on the line until all questions are done. The Q&A also forms part of the recording you received after the session finishes.
Yes. After every training webinar we will email you with links to access the recording and access to download the slides.
We’ll record the webinar and the Q&A session and send you a link to the recording later the same day. This means that if you book but are unable to make the time then you won’t miss out and can access the recording and materials at a later time.

The webinar itself takes a full hour. We then stay on the session after the hour to answer any questions that attendees send through during the session, so this can take an additional 15 or 20 minutes depending on how many questions there are. The Q&A is also recorded so if you need to leave you will be able to catch up on this later when you get the recording through.
Anyone who has booked a place is welcome to attend our training webinars. When you make a booking your will be asked to confirm the attendee details during the booking process and those attendee details are who will be registered on the courses. The Zoom webinar link sent to each attendee is tied to that individual and cannot be shared. They are also coded to allow only one log in so cannot be used by multiple people or devices.

I signed up for this free webinar mainly out of curiosity since our small family-run business website uses WordPress but is administrated by someone else. My coding for web design knowledge is minimal to non-existent (I am a primary school computing teacher). The webinar was perfectly pitched - Lorna Walker went from the very beginnings of setting up a WordPress managed website into some of the more technical featuers of adding content. Her presentation was easy to follow, she explained things clearly to a non-specialist like me and her patience with answering a host of questions at the end was fantastic. In the background, Steve Hanlon was answering a raft of questions in the Q&A which was excellent, saved time, added extra content for those who wanted/needed it. Reference was made to plugins that you might want to enhace your website with signposting to additional training, videos and blogs on Awesome Tech Training's own website. All in all, a phenomenal amount of content was covered in a relaltively short (1 hour) webinar but it was easy to pick out what I needed and, from there, work out where to go for additional information. Not much is available for free these days - this is definitely a gem.
