I felt very listened to (and I'm not very good when talking tech) and they understood my garble and gave me a step-by-step guide to be able to do everything myself with FREE resources. What a brilliant and knowledgeable team. I recently attended the ' Introduction to digital marketing' webinar and I must say I was filled with knowledge and practical/actionable insight. The webinar was clear and concise and I appreciated the ability to ask questions (in text format) during the webinar. I also attended a 30 min one on one session with Lorna who was very attentive and helpful. Overall I highly recommend ATT, whether you're a total beginner in the field of marketing, want some advice or just looking for a little refresher!
We had two hours of one-on-one training with Lorna to help us understand how to use GA4, and to make sure we are set up correctly. I can't recommend Lorna enough. I've watched several webinars on GA4, and only through Lorna's training do I finally understand it. She explains things in a really easy-to-understand and friendly manner. And the customer service from Awesome Tech Training has been amazing throughout too.
I'd been looking for some value-for-money training, and we had not long received an email from Awesome Tech Training which was perfect timing. On reading the other reviews I've now done 4 of their training courses and had a very useful 30 minute 1:1 marketing clinic which was hugely beneficial. I can't recommend Awesome Tech Training highly enough and will be looking to book further sessions in the future.
Steve was really helpful with making sure Google Analytics was working as it should. I had a couple of issues migrating from the old platform and things are now ironed out. He also sent me useful links setting up my Squarespace & Format accounts with additional info. going forward.
